Well, this blog will gather daily, all interesting news related to some countries of the greatlakes region. Our attention will focus primarily on the DRC and Rwanda. I believe these two countries have come a long way and proceeding in the right direction (provided that they build, from now on stronger institutions!). In addition, some interesting news from Africa and other parts of the world will be posted from time to time.
I am so sorry again but I promise to include both the Rwandan briefing and its reponse in the next posting-fair enough...
